Manager –Business Development

Functional/Technical skills:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an active marketing role/Business Development Role
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Having worked for Schools and Colleges in a BD role shall be an advantage
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties

Role and Responsibilities:

  • B2B Lead generation for our ELSP Product – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the products amongst colleges
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the product
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them
